+ Ingest and brief out global requests coming into the Creative Dept. + Prioritize, plan and allocate resources for each project + Lead weekly traffic meetings. Set the tone and cadence for the week + Vet, recruit and manage relationships with our freelance and contract creative talent + Liaison between Nau and outside studio and agency producers + Develop and refine systems to manage projects through production phases + Assign design and copy projects. Round and approve content. Manage progress and deadlines + Frequent project status communications to stakeholders + Negotiate on estimates with contractors to ensure best prices for Nau + Copy editor on Dealerbooks and Nau Magazine + Producer/PM for all video and photography production + Scout locations. Also work with other location scouts + Scout models. Manage the model selection process, negotiate contracts with agencies, releases and payment + Select photographers and videographers. Negotiate price, licensing terms and payment + Asset storage and organization on the server + Manage and store Nau Photography equipment inventory and apparel when in studio. Set up for shoots + Long term planning and forecasting for creative content production + Manage the creative budget to ensure the best use of allocated dollars + Creative contributor to the Brand/Marketing Dept. + Manage the relationship between Nau Korea and Portland Gear + Photographer for Nau laydowns and one-off photo needs.
